The calculator is designed to run client-side. Your scenario inputs are encoded into the URL query string to make sharing possible. We do not require account creation for basic use.
2. Data you provide
You may provide scenario values such as home price, rent, rates, and time horizon. Avoid entering personal identifiers.
3. Analytics and logs
We may collect standard technical telemetry such as page views, browser type, and approximate performance data to maintain and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
4. Shared links
When you use "Share results", the generated URL includes your scenario parameters. Anyone with that link can view the same scenario. Share thoughtfully.
5. Cookies
The app may use essential cookies or similar storage for operational purposes. If analytics tools are enabled, those providers may set their own cookies under their policies.
6. Third-party services
Hosting, analytics, and infrastructure providers may process technical metadata necessary to deliver the service. Their handling is governed by their own terms and privacy documentation.
